  1. I want to help an inactive member I minister to in setting up an account. I have her membership number and plan to help her set up her account. I can’t remember how I set up my Ancestry account when the church entered into a contract with them as well as My Heritage and Find My Past. How do I help her do that?

    1. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can use this partner access link https://www.familysearch.org/campaign/partneraccess/en/ to set up free accounts with Ancestry.com, MyHeritage.com, FindMyPast.com, AmericanAncestors.com, Filae.com, and Geneanet.com. You’ll need to be logged in to your FamilySearch account (or the FS account of the person for whom you are creating the free accounts). I believe each partner site link will be self-explanatory. Best of luck!
