BaSIA is a volunteer effort to transcribe Polish genealogy records and put them online in a searchable database (Database of Archival Indexing System). Visit their site for more information on participating in or donating to the project.

They have almost 4 million records for Greater Poland. They use a document reader and indexing tools provided by the National Digital Archive in Poland (szukajwarchiwach.pl).

In addition to their searchable index (top menu bar), they have a full list of transcribed records in alphabetical order by parish.
