“The Carlton County Historical Society in Cloquet, Minnesota, serves the citizens of northeastern Minnesota by collecting photographs, printed materials and artifacts related to the history of northeastern county.”

The Carlton County Historical Society has digitized collections at Minnesota Reflections including photographs of several towns, “especially the settling and development of Cloquet. Topics include industrial scenes, village life, school groups, disasters and street scenes.”

We offer regional history books, publications and other items that tell the story of Carlton County’s history.

Items are available at the Museum Store or may be ordered by mail, phone, or e-mail. A 7.375% sales tax will be charged on all merchandise and shipping and handling will be added to mailed items.  Please contact us via email or phone to place your order. Since we do not have a credit card machine, we will calculate the total amount of your order and ask you to send a check in that amount in the mail.
