𝟏 – The Arapahoe Clerk and Recorder’s office has real estate records and marriage licenses. Indexing is searchable for documents from 1979 – present, and images are available for documents recorded from 1996 – present. For these documents, use the “Search Records” button. Their office recently converted historical records from 1860-1902, minimizing the need for citizens to visit in person to search for historical records.
