This is a list of free Delaware Genealogy Records at FamilySearch.

Some of these records have a searchable name index, others have browsable images, a few have both an index and images, and some link to individuals in the FamilySearch family tree.


This list prioritizes indexed collections, but if you can’t find your Delaware ancestor there, the list includes online image collections which take longer to search, but have a treasure trove of information.

  3. In a few cases, the collection may be in queue to be digitized and you’ll need to check back at a later date.
