DNA Land (dna.land) is a non-profit organization affiliated with Columbia University and the NY Genome Center.

Registered users can upload their DNA and consent to permit researchers to study their DNA and compare it with data from other populations to discover:

  • where your ancestors may have lived
  • what physical and health traits you may have inherited, and to
  • potentially connect with relatives who share your DNA.

They currently accept DNA results from the following providers:

  • 23andMe (including the new v5 chip kit)
  • MyHeritageDNA
  • FamilyTreeDNA
  • AncestryDNA

Follow their Blog (https://medium.com/@dl1dl1) for the latest news and DNA discussions.

    1. Yes, thanks for catching that. They’ve closed their site down. It’s now in our Archived Listings and if the site re-opens, we’ll list it again. You can get a few more details at the ISOGG Wiki.
