DNA Land is a non-profit organization affiliated with Columbia University and the NY Genome Center.

Registered users can upload their DNA and consent to permit researchers to study their DNA and compare it with data from other populations to discover:

  • where your ancestors may have lived
  • what physical and health traits you may have inherited, and to
  • potentially connect with relatives who share your DNA.

They currently accept DNA results from the following providers:

  • 23andMe (including the new v5 chip kit)
  • MyHeritageDNA
  • FamilyTreeDNA
  • AncestryDNA

Follow their Blog for the latest news and DNA discussions.
