The Mennonite Historical Society of Saskatchewan (MHSS) has a free website with many valuable genealogical records for residents of Saskatchewan as well as Russian immigrants. They also have records that are only available to members of the Society. Genealogy and Family history records of interest include:
- Saskatchewan Valley Pioneers (short biographies of pioneers born in the mid-1800s)
- Saskatchewan Mennonite biographies, many from Russians and Europeans who emigrated prior to the wars in the early 1900s
- Saskatchewan Cemeteries
- Saskatchewan Obituaries Index, 1924-2008, includes residents of other provinces
- Saskatchewan Valley News Obituary Index, primarily residents of Saskatchewan
- Canada Mennonite Death Notices, 1997-2014, includes residents of other provinces

2. Do you have any files regarding the Sheldon Farm near Hanley, SK?
Thank you for catching that. It looks like their domain name expired today from this message at the site: “This domain name expired on 2023-01-22 02:53:32
Click here to renew it.” I’ll wait a week to see if they renew the website or create a new domain before changing this listing. I’m sorry I don’t have any files for Sheldon Farm.
