  1. I have for many years researching my Great Grand Father John Campbell who was apprenticed in 1840 to 1844 on board a ship called “THETIS”. From details in the Lloyd’s Captains Registry 1840 this ship was built in Nova Scotia in 1840. The master was T White and I have been trying to locate further information on this ship, the master and John.
I would be extremely grateful if your genealogy collections would have any additional information that you could provide or if you could direct me to the appropriate area.
It has been a very long road to locate any information on my GGfther’s maritime service.
Thanking you in advance for any assistance you could provide.

    1. Robert,

Thank you for visiting the OnGenealogy directory. We list collections for genealogy, but do not host any of them. You’re welcome to left-click on any of the collections listed here to visit those sites and see if they contain helpful records for your family history research.

      Best with your genealogy research!
