The Polish Genealogical Society of America (PGSA) is a great resource for anyone researching Polish genealogy and family history both here in the United States and roots in the lands of Old Poland.  The PGSA has many relationships with genealogists, researchers and museums in Poland and affiliated countries.

Many resources at the PGSA are free, but they also have PGSA membership benefits including:

  • Free live or internet attendance at quarterly lectures by genealogists, researchers, authors, museums, etc.

  2. I want to find out what the best resource center in Nebraska is for searching records of Polish immigrants to Nebraska in the era from 1870-1895… particularly in the Lancaster County or central Nebraska area.

    I’ve done extensive research and have hit a major brick wall. I may need to hire a genealogist who works in Nebraska to take us the next step.
