South Carolina, Colleton County Marriage Licenses, 1911-1951 is a free collection at FamilySearch with a searchable name index for Colleton County, South Carolina marriage records.

 

Colleton County is located between Beaufort and Charleston, two major slave ports during the 19th century. Included in the collection is a jacket envelope, affidavit to obtain a marriage license, marriage certificate, and marriage license for each couple. Licenses are arranged by license number in loose chronological order.
