    • Name
    • Recorded Document type (deed, mortgage, lien, etc)
    • Recorded Date Range
  • Search results include
    • Recorded Date
    • Document Name (an assigned number)
    • Name of Party
    • Party Type (Grantor, Grantee)
    • Document Type (deed, mortgage, lien, etc)

    • Address
  • Search results include
    • Overhead map of the property with the ability to zoom in
    • Select magnifying glass to search by the address for more information, results include Locator number, Owner’s name, Property address, ability to
